We make every effort to ship
orders that are received on the next day. Orders received
on the weekends are shipped the next business day. Bortly
Neon Corp USA uses UNITED PARCEL SERVICE OF AMERICA (UPS).
The shipping method depends on the level of service you select
when you check out. Therefore the time you receive your products
and shipping fee charged depend on the level of service you
select and your destination. For all packages shipped via
ground services in USA domestic areas,
shipping will be free.
Both international and domestic shipping fee is calculated
based on the weight and dimensions of the product and your
shipping destination. An estimate of shipping fee is approximately
$15 per sign via domestic ground service. For your assurance
before you fill out the payment information the shipping charge
will appear on the page. www.nrneon.com automatically computes
and displays shipping charges whenever you select to check
out. You will know the exact amount of shipping cost to your
purchase before you actually need to submit your payment information.
There will be no "Hidden" charges. If the shipping
fee is not displayed when you place the order, we will contact
you to confirm the exact shipping cost before we charge the

TRANSPORT TIME FOR UPS GROUND
SERVICE |
Most packages reach their
destination within 4-5 business days via ground domestic.
As soon as your order ships you will receive a tracking number.
By tracking your package at UPS.com you will know what day
your package will arrive. Please remember, UPS does not count
Saturday or Sunday as a business day. |

ADDRESS CORRECTION: |
If the incorrect shipping
address is entered the customer will be charged a $10.00 per
package address correction fee. This fee will be charged once
UPS has notified us of the address correction and the additional
charge. The customer will be notified of the charge via email,
if no email address is given the customer will not be notified
of the charge.

SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESSES: |
If your shipping address is
different from your credit card billing address, please make
sure your card issuer has listed this shipping address as
an "authorized" address. We verify all addresses
with VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. VitaDigest

SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS AND STOLEN
MERCHANDISE |
We may request or require
a signature for deliveries, and we cannot force the driver
to leave the package if no one is home. This also applies
to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us
to include on your shipping label. If your package was delivered,
and the shipping company confirmed it - we can not accept
any theft claims for the refunds. Please note that residential
address will have a signature confirmation option ($2.75 extra),
if you choose not to select this option you will be responsible
for any lost or stolen merchandise that’s confirmed
delivered by the UPS. |
