do not require electrodes as needed by traditional high

® glass tube diameters can be as small as 1.8 ~

Economical |
| |
|
The glowing of tubes
are caused by electric magnetic fields within the tube
rather than electrodes, hence our neon consumes only
5 watt per meter (neon), averaging of around 10 to 30
watt per sign. This is equivalent to approximately thirty
percent of traditional high voltage neon. Thus saving
70% energy cost.

All circuit of our neon
tube are connected using parallel technology, hence
when one tube fails to light, it is possible to replace
a single tube instead of the entire sign.

With parallel technology,
additional functions such as flowing/blinking can be
incorporated with only 1 transformer, hence minimizing
the cost of the sign.

|
The expected life of
a continuous working sign can last at least 10,000 hours.

Due to our electrode-free
technology, our glass tubes have a life span of at least
1200 days. |

Safer
|

|
For customized design,
optional input voltage from 12V, 24V, 36V, 110V and
220V are available upon request. |

NeonRay ® product
also uses analog human protection circuits. Hence if
input voltage exceeds the preset voltage, electricity
will be shut off automatically. |

NeonRay ® unique
neon designs are fitted to a sturdy plastic cabinet
with all electronic components safely tucked away. |

Materials used for our
cabinets are both electric and fire resistant for added
safety. (ABS and PVC both rated V0 by USFA).

Neon reaches a maximum
temperature of 98.6 Fahrenheit (37 Celsius) making the
signs perfectly touchable.

mounted on a cabinet, chance of experiencing broken
